• Question: can a buncer burnner burn with out air

      No. For something to burn, it needs air to combine with – all combustions (as well as explosions!) are basically chemical reactions where something combines with oxygen. Your normal Bunsen burner only provides gas to burn, but what it burns with is the oxygen in the air around it! So it would not work in a vacuum. If you are looking for something that burns in a vacuum, try a blowtorch – some of those indeed come with two gas tanks: one for fuel and one for oxygen. Since they have their own oxygen, they don’t need air to work!
