      Good question! There are a lot of moral arguments surrounding cloning about whether it’s right or not. I think that cloning an entire person would be considered morally wrong!

      One of the most likely benefits of cloning technology we’ll see in our lifetimes is the ability to grow organs for transplant from a persons own cells and genetic code. When people normally have a transplant, there is a high chance that the body’s immune will ‘reject’ the new organ in the same way that it would fight an infection of bacteria, say. They have to take a lot of dangerous drugs in order to stop this happening. If you grow an organ from someone’s own cells, then the body would see it as being part of them, and not reject it!
