A neuroblastoma is a type of cancer that sadly occurs mostly in children. It grows in one of the body’s systems called the ‘sympathetic nervous system’, such as the adrenaline glands (it’s also responsible for things like maintaining your body’s temperature). It’s pretty rare ( about 1 in a million odds), and fortunately it’s fairly easy to treat now if it’s caught early!
